I am a creative, strategic leader with deep nonprofit expertise and an entrepreneurial approach. Grounded in fund development and organizational strategy, I work with established and emerging organizations to strengthen operations, accelerate growth, and navigate complexity. If your organization needs support or is facing a challenging moment, let’s talk.
I partner with organizations navigating growth, change, fundraising challenges, new initiatives, and complex stakeholder relationships.
Over the past decade, I've worked across fundraising, strategic planning, communications, board engagement, community partnerships, and organizational development. Before launching my consulting practice, I served as Director of Planning & Strategy at Navy Pier, where I worked alongside executive leadership on organization-wide planning, change management, business development, executive communications, and special projects. Earlier in my career, I held fundraising and partnership leadership roles at Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago.
What I enjoy most is helping organizations make sense of complexity—whether that's strengthening fundraising efforts, crafting compelling messaging, engaging stakeholders, or simply figuring out the next best step. I bring a collaborative, practical approach grounded in the belief that good strategy should be both ambitious and actionable.
Today, I work with nonprofits, foundations, and social impact organizations across education, healthcare, community development, arts and culture, and human services. I also serve as a Board Member of the Gretchen S. Vapnar Community Crisis Center and Co-Chair of the API Affinity Group for the Association of Fundraising Professionals Chicago Chapter.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me exploring Chicago's food scene, gardening, or spending time with family, friends and my dog.
Let's meet for coffee. The best ideas are caffeinated.
